I closed only the Writer document, while a Base document was still open.
At that time i had not activated the quickstarter. When i activated the
quickstater the sytem does not crash in this situation. But i have still
another problem with the datbase Base. It does not save data changes

Did you actually close a Writer document or tell OpenOffice to 'Exit'.
Telling OpenOffice to 'Exit' will actually tell it to do so, it closes
all of OpenOffice not just the single document you are in when you
select 'Exit'.
