Numlock works fine under Jaunty alpha 6. A note on the attached Xorg.0.log: the device 'No brand HA2-A3' is a KVM switch. It is apparently identified as a keyboard, although for this occasion the keyboard was plugged in directly, not via the KVM switch. ** Attachment added: "Xorg.0.log" http:/

You need to retest on latest Jaunty to make sure the issue still happens there with the latest code. ISO images are available at http://cdimages.ubuntu.com/releases/jaunty/. If you can reproduce it in the LiveCD environment, you shouldn't need to modify your installed system. Also please attach
