This is the same bug as #251809, in that something is wrong with the
size requisition/allocation code which causes the container to sometimes
not get scrollbars.

I can reproduce this issue quite reliably.
1) Open a Nautilus window and navigate to a folder that contains enough files
for the vertical scrollbar to appear.
2) Open a new tab, and navigate to a folder where there aren't enough files for
the scrollbar to appear.
3) Navigate quickly back to the
i tried several times with different users... and i can not reproduce this
issue :-)
not sure if i should be happy or sad ? ;-)
as soon as i can capture some screen shot, i will.
(i was not dreaming, it happened several times)
