I've checked this in Ubuntu 10.04 Lucid Lynx with DarkRoom theme and
find that rss same as other evolution windows - readable.
Can original reporter confirm that bug is fixed with this version?

Actually for me, upgrading to 0.1.2 doesn't fix this. Using Ubuntu
Studio theme (dark), and text in RSS feeds is almost unreadable (light
grey on white).

I see that released version 0.1.2 has fixed this issue fix
