the problem lies in the usplash>>> this is the workaround for the problem>>>

removing the splash option solved the problem... seems to be the only
workaround available now, rather than using the recovery mode

ok... this is how i tried to run without any /etc/X11/xorg.conf... i
rename the xorg.conf file... and rebooted>
in normal mode> SAME errors... first had to wait 5 mins at the kernel
log daemon error, then stuck at the same couldnt start X Server error...
when i rebooted this time, i choose the re

i'm not sure of the exact way to start ubuntu without /etc/X11/xorg.conf
file...[i'm just a noob]
so to be clear i should just move the /etc/X11/xorg.conf from the
location and restart ubuntu and repost the xorg.0.log file?
