In fact, your pubkey error isn't related to medibuntu, it's the public key of
the tskariah project.

This is sadly not working for me on my grampas computer, i followed the
steps EXACTLY on medibuntu and here and nothing, i just get this error
GPG error: http://tskariah.net78.net ubuntu Release: The following
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available:
NO_PUBKEY B5E73

Lovely - I grabbed the key via wget and then went to my user folder and
added it - had to do it in 2 stages - but I got an OK at the end.
I still reckon there is some issue some place in Intrepid that prevents
easy installing of the PUBKEY the normal way - but I am sorted here :)

Mmhh, ok. You can still add the key to the keyring manually, with the following
command:
wget -q http://packages.medibuntu.org/medibuntu-key.gpg -O- | sudo apt-key add -
