This looks like a duplicate of Bug #267779 "via-rhine network adapter
won't work on resume". Please take a look at that.
In both big reports lspci shows:
Ethernet controller [0200]: VIA Technologies, Inc. VT
I have got old motherboard with VT6102 Rhine-2 integrated ethernet card
and can confirm this bug.
If I wake up from suspend, I'm not able to connect with NetworkManager,
or ifup/ifdown the eth0 (there's no any eth0) :(((
Can anybody help? Should I provide more information?

Just curious what happens if you try to unload and then reload the via-
rhine module. Maybe try a few scenarios:
1) suspend, resume, sudo rmmod via-rhine, sudo modprobe via-rhine
2) sudo rmmod via-rhine, suspend, resume, sudo modprobe via-rhine
