Can you try booting with the 'quiet' and 'splash' options removed and
then take a digital photo of any messages printed to the screen?
Particularly any error messages would be best to capture. Also can you
attach the output of 'sudo lspci -vvnn' so we can know more about the
hardware you have. Th
