Temporary workaround to the problem by creating the desired shortcut on desktop
by using
Thunar file manager, navigate to the path of the file (for example:
/usr/bin/VBox )
-> Right-Click on executable -> Send To -> Desktop (Create Link)
This creates a shortcut to VirtualBox on the Desktop.

Yes it is:
Klick with the right mouse button on the xfc-desktop.
Than klick "Starter erstellen...".
Than give anyting in the "Name: " box.
-> CRASH
