Ubuntu Natty (11.04) was a long time ago and since it was reported as
fixed in that release, it means all still supported releases should be
good.

rsync crashes: double free or cor
I see it on Meerkat. It's not fixed.It may be triggered by a
VirtualBox virtual disk (i.e. 40Gb) file. Here's what I see:
rsync: link
"/media/desk_ebkp_all/day-0/export/backups/stars_home_/will/.VirtualBox/VirtualBox.xml"
=>
/media/desk_ebkp_all/day-1/export/backups/stars_home_/will/.Virt
I hit this too but updated to the latest in backports which fixed it:
