This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in
it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try
with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are

If I set desktop effects to Normal or Extra my touchpad works really slow,
and my LCD can't be "dark" in power saving.
It starts the powersave process and LCD moves to "dark" mode, but before
