Oops I meant:
apt-cache policy firefox
To do that, type alt+F2 to open the application launcher, and type into the
field gnome-terminal, it will open a terminal.
Then type the following commands:
apt-cache policy firefox
apt-cache policy flashplugin-nonfree
apt-cache policy sun-java5-plugin
