does it work outside of google mail? Another webmail? I'm going on the
assumption that it is google or extensions that you have installed. I am
unable to reproduce this in 3.0.7 3.1 or 3.2 with any of my gmail
accounts also works good in my lavabit account

Confirmed here again. Intrepid with FF 3.0.4.
Most boxes do work, however, the gmail compose mail text box definitely
doesn't receive clipboard contents from Evolution's compose mail text
box (other boxes, like the To: field do work).

Same here, on Gentoo with xfce4, does not seem to be a distribution related bug.
What I found out:
You CAN paste from evolution to firefox in SOME text boxes (like the one I'm
writing this reply), vbulletin forums, e107 forums, etc.
You CAN'T paste from evolution to firefox in text boxes like gmai
I get same bug.

I tried with other text and it is working.When try to copy/paste this text I
cant do that:
Building SPCA5XX driver for 2.5/2.6 kernel.
Remember: you must have read/write access to your kernel source tree.
make -C /lib/modules/`uname -r`/build
SUBDIRS=/home/nedim/Desktop/spca5xx-v4l1goodbye CC=c
Can you create a new user and try this with that user? I can't
reproduce this here.
