* serviceproviders.xml: Added Simyo and Orange to the Spanish
list.
I just applied the patch to upstream repository, as agreed with Antti.
Additionally, I added a copy of the 'Amena' entry as Orange (Amena was
renamed a couple of years ago) so the old users keep finding Amena and
the new ones find the actual brand.
