to print to a pdf you don't need anything the gtkprint dialog can print
to ps and pdf by default, the print to file option in the dialog give
you those choices

I recall seeing the Ubuntu version in the title like that in quite a few
bug reports a while ago, but less commonly in recent times. I guess I
missed the discussion of why it shouldn't be done. I will not put the
ubuntu version in the title in the future.

did you find any guideline telling you to specific the ubuntu version
you are using the title? that's wrong, create extra work and confusion
and that would be nice if people stopped doing that, you can use the
description to specific that information
