Indeed, none of the needs-review pot files

are relevant to Kubuntu as far as I can see, so it doesn't make sense to
take over this bug for the separate Kubuntu problem.

Isn't the remaining Kubuntu problem bug #259180, not this bug? AIUI
this bug was about the long queue which is now resolved; the Kubuntu
problem is a parser failure when trying to import the templates, which
looks like a separate bug to me.

Downgrading to medium as there are only 26 .pot files remaining in
needs-review, and nothing which really scares me. They should still be
finished in time for release if at all possible, but it no longer seems
release-critical (phew).

The KDE changes also triggered a problem with auto-approval; templates
had moved between packages, and the new ones were conflicting with the
old ones for the same translation domain. We solved that by renaming
and disabling the old ones. We're now waiting for approval to pick up,
but the server
