This finally works. I've just tested the following with usb-creator 0.2.7:
python setup.py build
sudo python setup.py install --prefix=/usr

As this project is specific to Ubuntu, setup.py wasn't configured fully.
This can be fixed, but it is low priority as `debuild` is sufficient
currently.
