Kubuntu to implement. We must rely on KDE to implement this feature, and

Ok, so summing it up issue one is:
-Text is black in webpages while using a dark theme when a font text is
unspecified.
Issue two is:
-Certain characters or words containing certain characters like punctuation are
white in textboxes when white color schemes are used.
I can reproduce both on my
