Please include it ASAP. KDE4 is a huge step back from 3.5. I bump to
missing feature or bug every 10 minutes. I am so used to it and some
users who have little experience with computers find it impossible to
use their common applications if they are not in quick launch.

There is a good chance that this will be included in KDE 4.2, so we may not
need a separate package for it in Jaunty.
Marking as incomplete until we know for sure that it makes it in before feature
freeze. If it doesn't make it I'd recommend that we take an svn snapshot of it
around 4.2.0's rele
