Yes it is. And I'm also having an issue with my volume. It used to
work occasionally, but now it doesn't work at all. Everything seems to
be plugged in and turned on. Do you have any ideas?

I'm not sure about any of those questions. A friend of mine installed
ubuntu on my computer and I am relatively new to this program. Is there
