I've made a liar of myself. I was experiencing this before the most recent update (2.24). I am no longer experiencing this. I moved the list to the right side of the screen and it has successfully restored that position after several application quits / restarts and show / hides. Seems to be fi

Very odd bug but i get it too. Tried on a fresh user profile, empathy version 2.23.90 on intrepid, and i do experience the window moving down and then right, as the green circle is continually clicked If i am running compiz i see the bug. If i switch to metacity the bug stops, if i switch to comp
