.. if human-murrine is in murrine-themes it should be installed during
distribution upgrade in my opinion..
.. the problase is thar human-murrine is not in murrine-themes.. at least in my
case..

This is not actually a bug. This package will not be like before cause
it will be packaged inside "murrine-themes" package. Its actually
released in Intrepid. So, go and do and apt-get update and then install
murrine themes.
