Should be fixed in Ubuntu 9.10. Closing as fix released due to the

Using Intrepid (everything updated) and I get this problem (but with
freenode's IRC) every time I resume from standby.
I'm not sure if it's the same problem because restarting Empathy and
deleting/re-adding the account does not fix the problem.
