Those who are wanting to try out KDE 4, please do so in Intrepid (the
alpha works pretty ok) but not Hardy. Many problems are there in Hardy
probably due to the nitty gritties of backporting and coexisting with
KDE 3. Intrepid is fully KDE 4 based and is so better supportive of KDE

I have not experienced this with KDE 4.1.1 in Intrepid. It seems the
update fixed this.
