Tks Clement, I have a problem.
My Ubuntu VM that I created via the LiveCD has the X11 dir, however, I
have just installed Ubuntu onto my N150 via a Netboot install, and it
doesn't have the X11 dir after running ls within the /etc folder via
root

Start ubuntu in recover mode, open a root session in command line mode, then
edit the file /etc/X11/xorg.conf with vi editor and add the lines I wrote
earlier.
Then restart your computer.

This might be a bit late, however I guess my problem is similar to the
one above:
When Ubuntu boots after the startup progress bar, the screen goes black
and nothing happens. Even Ctrl+Alt+Fn and Ctrl+Alt+Back doesn't work.
I observed that behavior __ONLY__ when the NVidia Driver is installed

starters?
