With Ubuntu 9.10 in French, Cayenne is still referenced as being in
"Guinée Française" while it's actually in "Guyane Française". Therefore
i'm reopening the bug.

3/ In the clock applet, section "Emplacements" (= "Locations"?), I added
the town of Cayenne. The catch is it is listed in the location database
as part of "Guinée française" (= French Guinea).
