Same again - new kbunutu download and install on Dell Laptop. Just a
little more info here - it happens when the Adept manager has finished
its download and install and then reports a new version upgrade is
available.

brand new install of kubuntu 7.10. just doing the first updates.
basically there is no user involvement except clicking next etc.
