I an on the standard configuration in hardy, and it is still not exactly
fixed. The browser launches and runs in the foreground, so while you are
browsing the originating app window is blocked - the rest works fine.
Fix: It is probably just a matter of changing the default setting to
include the "
Er I forgot to mention the fact it pulls up konqueror in and of itself
is not a bug, that depends on what you have your system setup to do when
sensible-browser is called. However, if it hanging still then there is
something wrong, but the code has been fixed so it should be working.

Because /usr/bin/sensible-browser falls back to x-www-browser if you
haven't defined a browser for it to use and aren't running Gnome.
/usr/bin/x-www-browser points to the alternative /etc/alternatives/x
-www-browser which you can configure.

Further, I am not running KDE (thought it is installed) so why does it
even thing of using the KDE browser?
