I've exactly the same bug with Ubuntu 10.10 x64(amd64) !!!
That's a big problem when I use it with my friend everyday !

I use Hardy with GNOME and when I try to switch user, my computer freezes.
The monitor gets dark and ScrollLock and CapsLock LEDs on my keyboard blink.
I found those lines as the last before my computer froze, in my
