after getting the issue? do you use a sound server? the issue is weird
but you seem to be the only one to have the bug and that's not really an
hardy blocker, not accepting the hardy task nomination

Ok. I discover whats happening.
If I set in gnome-sound-system .wav to the same events and set sound
events of gdm then after login in GDM anyone can play any sound,
includes videos. Some events sounds in GDM conflicting with GNOME Sound
System Events.
