like it might be coming from somewhere inside of X. If you can reproduce
this, can you install the debug symbols for libORBit, Cairo and libgdk,

This backtrace was produced by attaching gdb to the nautilus process,
then dragging a file from the desktop into a tree-view nautilus window.
I ran gdb from a console, since this causes the X server (and my X
session) to reset.
I am using gnome WM.
