The Ubuntu Kernel Team is planning to move to the 2.6.27 kernel for the
upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 release. As a result, the kernel team would
appreciate it if you could please test this newer 2.6.27 Ubuntu kernel.

What was normally a peace of cake, is now a hustle. I can not get my rt2500 to
work on any distro.
My comp? Dell Inspiron 2200, Belkin PCMIA card.
Got a signal. but looking at the card it seems it's always busy or crashed.
Normal 2.3/mbs. Now (with luck) 38/kbs.

well I'm using Lg LE50 express laptop that has rt2500 installed on it.
the card is still cosing the machine to freeze from time to time. on gnome it
happened pretty much. using kubuntu the for a couple of days now the machine
was fine till about half an hour and it has froze.
