The screenshot makes sense now, thanks.
I'm closing the bug report as you can't reproduce, please re-open
it if you see it again. I have a suspicion that bug 332343 may have
had something to do with it.

The screenshot was intended to show that user "dth" is in the group
responsible for being allowed to grant other users group memberships,
while at the same time being unable to grant user "kirsche" a certain
privilege.
However, I cannot reproduce this behaviour anymore.

happen? What in fact happens?
