When setting up Ekiga initially it tested the webcam and indicated that
it was not operating. However, going further, it is operating??
I have registered ann account sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED] which was

I do not clearly understand what Ekiga tells you about your webcam.
To test you may register an account on ekiga.net, wait for the confirmation
mail, then you should be able to call the echo test:
sip:[EMAIL PROTECTED]
