Upgraded to Ubuntu 9.04 (64-bit), problem still occurs. Had problem
since 7.04.
Hardware changes: 300W power supply upgraded to Antec Earthwatts 650W,
Radeon X800 upgraded to Radeon HD 4870.

After my mouse stopped working, I've also tried replugging my Wacom
tablet (which was still functional). The lsusb output remained the same
and the tablet remained functional. However, when I tried replugging my
USB mouse (which was the first device to stop working), the mouse
remained unfunction
