I installed xinetd after swat. However, when I resinstall swat, I see
the message you refer to.
It's isn't at all helpful though. The Debian readme doesn't address the
problem.
The nowait.400 syntax doesn't match anything in the man page for
xinetd.conf and the man page for inetd.conf is now ... g
Did you get the following when installing swat?
- IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR XINETD USERS --
The following line will be added to your /etc/inetd.conf file:
swat\t\tstream\ttcp\tnowait.400\troot\t/usr/sbin/tcpd\t/usr/sbin/swat
