This also affects the install package, when trying to install the LTSP
server from the alternate CD, it will fail the entire installation.

note that you can also do :
http_proxy=http://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:port/
ftp_proxy=http://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED]/ ltsp-build-client
to achieve the same as modifying bash.bashrc but without rebooting.

Confirmed, 020-apt-get-update should also check apt.conf for PROXY.
I'm not sure if debootstrap will check that file though so you may need
http_proxy anyway.
