This appears to work on upstream's 2.4.0 but 1:2.4.1-1ubuntu1 still
crashes. However the Ubuntu version now crashes trying to open the
document. This appears to be an ooo-build problem.

For more information, I think it has something to do with when it tries
to download some image from the Internet (it uses some embedded images).
When this happens, at the beginning of the editing process, is when it
hangs, not only when resizing the table, which has maybe nothing to do
with the bug
