The line in /usr/share/kolab-webadmin/admin/include/mysmarty.php
require_once('smarty/libs/Smarty.class.php');
should be
require_once('smarty/Smarty.class.php');
Another workaround is:
cd /usr/share/php/smarty && ln -s . libs
