Thanks for giving me a heads up on the fix. When I attempted to insert the
envelope, it appeared to work as it was originally supposed to; the Print
Preview appeared satisfactorially. I agree, close it out.

I think this issue has been fixed as when I inserted a No 10 envelope it
actually looked like what I expected to instead of what was shown in
your screenshot.

Yes, I just tried it again and the results were the same.
When I originally attempted to print a No 10 envelope, just to make sure I
wasn't somehow doing something wrong, I went through the same sequence of
steps on one of my WinXP machines using OpenOffice and got the desired
results.
