I think this belongs to /usr/share/applications/apport-gtk-mime.desktop.
This isn't a desktop file which is supposed to be displayed, and it has
"NoDisplay=true".
It seems you used the menu editor to forcefully display this? This
doesn't work.

Can you please make a screenshot of where you see this? Apport isn't
supposed to be in Apps -> System Tools -> Report a problem, and it's
certainly not here.
"apport-gtk -c %f" literally will not work. You have to replace %f with
the path of a .crash file, and this is meant to report a program cra

At this moment, apport try to load and crash after a few seconds and
xsession-errors log : apport-gtk: error: -c option requires an argument
