While loading the modules doesn't work (obviously), this does not stop
ufw from loading. You can either recompile your kernel, or adjust
IPT_MODULES in /etc/default/ufw.

I am using a custom kernel as this server is a xen domU on a VPS
(slicehost). I suppose I can bring it up with them..
