My acroread version has been updated several times since then, I am currently
using 8.1.3-0medibuntu0.8.04.1.
Installed in /usr/lib/Adobe/Reader8 ==> correct location.
There is no PPKLite.api in that tree ==> no broken dependency.
Can be closed, as far as I am concerned. No longer an issue for m
