Oh, sorry. I'm using KDE 3.5.9 on Hardy. And there is the crash dialog. All my friends using Kubuntu Hardy also say the same. If I try to run kded the Konsole just says it's already running. So it seems it doesn't completely crash then, but without restart the keys wont work. ** Attachment added:

Thank you for filing this bug. This is in KDE 3? Is there a crash dialog that pops up? Can you provide the backtrace? If so, please install kdebase-dbg, then get a backtrace, and post it here as an attachment. To get keys to work again you can just run kded instead of restarting. ** Changed in
