This is currently fixed in Jaunty, I have inspected the source for the
Xephyr package and it definitely includes the change to enable the mouse
wheel. However there is a comment stating that the value should not be
hard coded into the source, so whether it will break again in the future
is anyone's
I am also trying to setup a multiseat machine and the patch above fixes
the problem.
Confirmed on both Hardy and Intrepid for me.
Request to have this included in the Ubuntu Xephyr deb.

Yes, when not using xephyr mouse works perfectly.
