This problem so far is happening only in the Blogger page. Even after login in
in the Blogger site the caps remain huge.
The first time it happened was when I was working with some JavaScript in one
of the page elements.
If I switch to SeaMonkey or Opera browser the Blogger site appears with norm

Interesting bit about eclipse: the problem isn't happening in Ganymede (eclipse
3.4) on my 8.04 system (32 bits).
I'll check to see if it's happening on eclipse 3.3 straight from the eclipse
site, and post my findings here.
