Something like 50 Mb were downloaded when I've done a sudo aptitude
update && sudo aptitude upgrade before posting my previous comment.
I'm not in front of my ubuntu based PC right now, but I remember writer,
core and some others - maybe all - were upgraded.

That is just the meta package. Is your eg openoffice.org-writer,
openoffice.org-core, and openoffice.org-common all 1:2.4.0-3ubuntu4
also?
If not update them, since they are now in the archive.

version.
