I added the Universe/Multiverse/etc packages and tried to "aptitude
install yelp-dbgsym" but it won't install with these errors:

I would just like to add that this bug is not new. It was present in
Ubuntu 7.10 as well. I did not submit it prior to now because there were
other bugs that were similar. Now it appears they are inactive.
