First, it seems that adding "Acroread*AutoRaise: false" to my
~/.Xdefaults and running 'xrdb -merge ~/.Xdefaults' fixes the problem.
Second, apparently my acroread comes from packages.medibuntu.org and my
version, 8.1.2-0medibuntu4, isn't the same as Ubuntu's version, 7.0.9.
So, apples and oranges
