Same here in Lucid.
In the Phone scan dialog, it apparently scans fine, finds my devices and writes
"Bluetooth device scan completed", yet when I try to go Next, Back or exit, it
gives an error dialog which says "Phone search is still active, you can not
continue." and it won't let me go anywhe

Confirmed, does not find my phone even though it searches for a long
time (finds another persons phone though) continues searching...
